Witon Chemicals has been committed to the long-term sponsorship of Vukukhanyes Children's Foster Home since 2001. The support provided to the many vulnerable children who have been cared for in this Home is largely thanks to the ongoing generous support of Witon Chemicals.

SUNCOAST

SUNCOAST's partnership with Vukukhanye started in 2009, and is alligned with Tsogo Suns "Touching Lives" strategy.  Suncoast have made a significant commitment to the support of a number of projects in Chesterville. These include:

- The sponsorship of eight renewable school & tertiary bursaries, along with mentorship of the school bursary recipients
- Sponsorship of the Sport For All after-school sports coaching programme in Chesterville
- Monthly staff visits to projects in Chesterville (including garden project support, soup kitchens)
- Repairs and maintenance to community facilities (such as a major upgrade of the Zamokuhle Preschool)

INVESTEC

Investec Private Bank (KZN) has provided significant support to Vukukhanye and its initiative in Chesterville. Besides generous financial support, Investec has also funded 2 community garden projects in Chesterville and Investec staff have given time to support projects such as the computer room at Chesterville Secondary School and the Childrens Foster Home in Westville. In 2010 Investec hosted an exhibition of South African photographer Matthew Willman - proceeds from the sale of images were shared (50/50) between Vukukhanye and Matthew Willman Photography.

RAINBOW

Rainbow is a valued monthly sponsor of Vukukhanyes community development work. Vukukhanye is proud to be associated with Rainbow and is very grateful for their generous support.

LEARNATRADE

Learnatrade is an outcomes-based training facility accredited with the electrical SETA, which provides training in basic electrical skills and solar power systems. Learnatrade's aim is to provide practical skills-based training to learners who will use these skills to gain employment in todays job market, or start their own business.

Learatrade sponsored 2 electronics learnerships for unemployed youth from Chesterville in 2009/10. Ten more youth have been assessed and found to be suitable for enrollment. The full 1-year Learnership costs R28,000 (R7,000 per term) - however, for every one person for who funding is secured in 2011, Learnatrade will train a second candidate free of charge.
